Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Digital codes, downloadable content, and opened booster packs are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@vaducard.com with the following:

Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@vaducard.com.
